*Chapter Six - Maintaining a Healthy Weight

Overweight vs. obesity  and application of the energy balance equation.

*Chapter Seven - Reading Food Labels

How to read nutrition labels and understand nutrient content terms.

*Chapter Eight - Eating for Good Health

Food pyramid, serving size, fast food, eating & drinking suggestions.

*Chapter Nine - Eating Disorders

Discussion of common eating disorders and their warning signs.

*Chapter Ten - False Health Advertising

Discussion and signs of fraudulent health advertising.

*Chapter Eleven - Components of Fitness

Components of fitness; aerobic, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

*Chapter Twelve - Exercise Tips

Discussion on starting an exercise program.
